IOS Rentals v2.7 και v2.6

Ενημέρωση του συστήματος κρατήσεων οχημάτων IOS Rentals για το Wordpress και το Elxis

Στο παρόν άρθρο σας παρουσιάζουμε τις πιο πρόσφατες αλλαγές στο σύστημα κρατήσεων αυτοκινήτων και μοτοσυκλετών IOS Rentals. Καθώς σας χρωστάμε ένα άρθρο για την έκδοση 2.6, η οποία δημοσιεύθηκε πριν 2 μήνες περίπου, σε αυτό το άρθρο, πλέον της αναφοράς μας στην έκδοση 2.7, θα αναφερθούμε εν τάχει και στην έκδοση 2.6.

Version 2.6

The major change of version 2.6 is the HTML formatted emails. The system now sends nicely styled HTML emails and moreover they are responsive, meaning that they are been displayed perfect in any device. An other addition of version 2.6 is that you are able to control the view access upon the financial data. A better method of generating a unique reservation code was implemented. Finally, you can assign a group into company and/or sub-companies, which means that you can fully separate sub-companies fleet.

Version 2.7 - Customize HTML emails

After the introduction of HTML emails in the previous version, version 2.7 allows you to fully customize them. You can change all colours and moreover upload a logo image to be displayed in email top section. An other cool thing is that you can do the same thing for sub-companies, meaning that the emails sent from sub-companies can look totally different than the ones of the main company. Also the custom texts shown in mail top and bottom sections can now be configured independently of the main company.

Version 2.7 - Popularity bars

Popularity bars were added in location and group listing pages. These bars shows how popular each item is. You can now easily separate which locations and vehicle groups are selected the most by your customers and take decision for future actions.

Fixes

Some small fixes and improvements were made. The most important ones are the following: Logo image in PDF document was not displayed if the image was not of type JPG (affects PDF invoices). Assignment of group into company/sub-companies (affects cars fleet page). Check of no working days for drop-off date (affects vehicle search).
