Plugin AnyForm is a free extension for Elxis CMS (since version 2.0 both Elxis 4.5+ and Elxis 5.x sites are supported) that allows you to display and manage web forms of any type. You can download AnyForm plugin for free from Elxis Downloads Center (EDC). AnyForm displays Is Open Source copyright note below the generated forms. You are not allowed to remove or hide (eg. with CSS or javascript) the displayed copyright notes except if you purchase a license from Is Open Source. Each license is valid for one (1) person, the one who purchased it. If you own more than 1 sites you are licensed for all the sites YOU OWN (not for your customer's sites, friend's sites or other third parties). After purchasing a license you can hide Is Open Source copyright notes from plugin parameters on any site you own. By purchasing a license you also get extended users documentation for plugin usage (31 pages, in English).

Questions and Answers

I don't want to pay for a license, can I use the plugin?
Yes. You can use the plugin on as many sites you wish and for any number of forms you wish as long as you display IOS copyright note in your forms.

What else do I get if I buy a license?
You get extended plugin documentation in English.

If I purchase a license do I also have professional/private support?
No. In all cases the plugin is provided for free and without any guarantee. You can post your questions for support in the Elxis forums

I am a professional and I bought a license to use the plugin on a site. Now I want to use it on an other site for an other customer. Should I buy it again?
Yes. The plugin license is for the owner of the site, not for the one that designed the site.
