One year professional e-mail and/or phone support for your Elxis site. Optionally also includes the development of a module or plugin for you!

Standard benefits

• Initial site inspection for problems in general inclunding security issues, poor performance, wrong or incomplete configurations, bad site design, rendering issues, bad HTML, javascript or css, internal linking and other SEO related subjects and much more.
• Elxis CMS updates. We make sure your site is always up-to-date.
• Installed IOS extensions updates. We make sure your installed free or commercial extensions developed by Is Open Source are always up-to-date.
• Installed third party extensions updates. We update your installed free extensions developed by third parties to their latest versions (one time, during the initial site inspection).
• We inspect your site logs (error, warning, security) and take the necessary steps to fix the problems.
• We check your site for problems.
• We take a full backups of your site (using Elxis backup tool).
• Whatever question, or problem, or technical solution request, you have for Elxis CMS you address it directly to us instead of using the free support of Elxis forums. We will provide you the best answer/solution guarantee. Questions are submitted via e-mail and we usually reply within a few hours. Maximum reply delay is up to 2 days.

Extra benefits

• Phone support. Phone support is provided in Greek language and during the following hours: Monday to Saturday 09:00-15:00 and 19:00-21:00
• Custom development. Includes the development of one (1) Elxis module or plugin of your choice. The maximum required development duration should not exceed 3 days. If the extension you want requires more work than that then you can either reduce features or pay the price difference.

Terms of use

Questions are submitted via e-mail and we usually reply within a few hours. Maximum reply delay is up to 2 days. Phone support is provided in Greek language and during the following hours: Monday to Sunday 09:00-15:00 and 19:00-21:00. The price is for a small-medium Elxis site with up to 1000 listing items (articles, products, hotels, and similar). If your site is larger than that contact us first for price. The support is for solving problems and inspecting your site and does not include software development of any kind except if you select the Custom development option. We may apply small fixes/improvements of your site's source code without additional cost if you request so but only in the scope of solving a problem, not for implementing new features.
